The resort itself was beautiful. The room was wonderful, spacious, clean, and had plenty of space. We really enjoyed staying here because of the property itself. However, we did not have a good experience with the staff at ALL. Seemed like no one cared to help us out with the smallest task of helping schedule reservations to any of their restaurants. We booked excursions outside of the hotel the majority of the time we were there - which meant leaving the property as early a 7:30am and coming back as late as 7pm. Unfortunately, that mean't we missed the timeframe slot for making reservations from 9am - 5pm. Even after explaining the situation, and explaining that we could not call the resort while we were out (due to us being in the middle of the jungle or island with no service), no one took the time to schedule one small reservation for a group of 4 at ANY restaurant. When we would return from our all day excursions, the only option for dinner was their buffet. The buffet did serve mostly good options however, we wanted to branch out and take advantage of the all inclusive we paid good money for! Sad to say, I would not return due to the lack of good customer service...
