It’s a beautiful resort! Very nice and quiet. Our butler Rodny took care of us the entire time and he made sure all of our lunch and dinner reservations were made. Rooms are clean but a little dated. We also did not spend much time in the room. The staff was amazing, and Ray, our butler, was the best. The food was great for a mid-level all-inclusive. Noris was AMAZING!! She helped with everything and made this trip so special! We visited for my birthday and we received a desert platter with alcohol and then our room was decorated with balloons, rose petals, jacuzzi hot as could be, and some more champagne! The staff were attentive in all aspects of the trip experience, from tending to the grounds to making meal reservations to fulfilling the many requests a guest may have. The service truly made the trip unforgettable. Our butler Rodny went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—always attentive, friendly, and proactive. At Helios, Stephanie greeted us with such warmth and professionalism every time, making each visit feel special.
