Me gustaria agradecer la excelente atencion de este Hotel que aunque no lo considero 5 estrellas, su servicio y calor humano estan por encima de 5 estrellas. Todos muy amables y atentos. Me gustaría resaltar la atención de Elizabeth y Dario en el concierge, en el buffet Ana y Victor, Omar( EL MEJOR) en el restaurante brasilero, Victoria nuestra housekeeper que realizó un excelente trabajo. Gracias a todos por darnos una extraordinaria semana. Nos vemos el próximo año

Todo esos días fue muy bueno pero solo un inconveniente tuvimos con un “supervisor de nombre Rodolfo “ k que no sabe tratar al los huéspedes o buscarle una solución a un al problema de partes d ellos . nos ocurrió a nosotros y otra dos parejas más que llegaba en el momento y el señor Muy grosero el señor y su única respuesta fue “vaya y de la queja en el lobby” no creo k sea forma d tratar a los huéspedes y por error de ellos con las cita de restaurante… conclusión el no debería estar en ese puesto d trabajo si va a trabajar con el público. La misma gerente del hotel nos pidió disculpas a todos nosotros por ese inconveniente pero nos dio la razón k siempre ahí k buscarle una solución al problema, no d ser grosero.
