Jose the manager is the one you want to look for if you can only speak English. "

Further, please do try the Chinese restaurant located at 37 floor and enjoy the boundless swimming pool and fancy gym facilities at 35 floor. Last but not least, I really like the hotel service. "I don't think this is 5 start hotel: 1) the property facilities are old, for example, the glass-door of shower room cannot prevent shower water leak to bathroom, always. 2) the swimming pool in basement is dark and dirty, with very bad smell, I didn't use but looked around. The fitting facilities and swimming pool are open to public, such as training groups, unsafe at all. 3) the main hotel entry door doesn't open to the street facing west lake (if so that'll be great), however, it's opening to...

"It’s clean, facilities and amenities are modern and advance, although not state of the art yet. Staff are friendly. Had difficulty getting to the hotel from the airport as the taxi driver has not heard about the hotel and we spent almost half an hour looking up the directions for him. We could not find any contact number to call the hotel from the website. There’s a wide variety of cafes and eateries, however, most of them only opens at 10am. We could only find 3 open before 10am"
