"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mary on reception let us check in early as the room was ready. Mary gave us a quiet room as requested. Guests are not always considerate though as they banged doors and ralked loudly in the early hours of the morning. We checked in on my birthday so a gesture of a card would have been nice."

"I’ve stayed in several hotels on Bath road. This was a very nice room, clean, comfy bed, lots of tea and coffee (which I appreciate) and quiet. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I got a random guest of the day and got some extra biccies and note in my room- nice additional touch. Breakfast was good- usual cooked food, continental, cereals, & breads. Plenty and refreshed frequently. Caught town bus from bus station in Heathrow- they come every few mins, takes 5 mins (2 stops), stop is right...

"Very happy with choice of hotel. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness and helpful staff…..even let us leave our luggage on our arrival and departure days. The only slight complaint was we could hear every movement coming from room above, ie. squeaky floorboards and occasional sound of voices outside our bedroom….so maybe not so soundproof! However, we had a club room which was spacious enough, bathroom a little on the small side but the shower was a good size and worked well with good pressure....
