Do NOT use this company as they will scam you. We left the apartment cleaner than we found it only to be told we had urinated in the bed and our deposit would not be refunded. We asked this lady to come and check the apartment just before we left and she refused. However 2 hours later she text us to say the double bed had been urinated in and the mattress turned over to hide the urine!! My husband and I are 49 years old and certainly do NOT urinate in bed!!!! Complete scam to withhold the deposit. We called her to say we would return to the apartment as we refuted this claim and she would not answer our calls. The apartment was ok although other people’s stuff left in the bathrooms and kitchen. Also the blinds were broken and freezer not great. She also accused us of taking two towels which she later said she found when I challenged this. This company ruined our weekend in London and I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. Also the downside was you had to pick up and drop off keys for the apartment from a corner shop and it was not close to a tube station. Be VERY careful. This company are clearly experience con artists and when you book they quote one amount and then will take an additional £180 from your account a few days before. They don’t tell you this as it states you will pay on arrival and then without any warning they took the full amount plus £180. I cannot believe this company will tell such lies to keep your money. This apartment was the worst choice I could have made, the pictures are great and can mislead you to think is a great choice. The two bathrooms were dirty and bathtub even had a bunch of hair, when I reported a guy went to the apartment and just pulled the hair, the kitchen oh my lord that was a mess and could be nastier full of grease everywhere very bad aspect and smell, a dishwasher used to be in the kitchen, the living room the tables were full of dust very dirty and stains in the couch, the description of the bed is 2 king size don't be full is just a standard double bed, which most likely had bed bugs do to a rash that occurred only while sleeping, location is very far away from everything nothing close by without car or bus transportation, price 200 a night for all these plus 40 pounds "cleaning fee" overall never stay here worst choice you can make dirty and nasty wouldnt recommended not even to my worst enemy.…This apartment was the worst choice I could have made, the pictures are great and can mislead you to think is a great choice.
