This hotel has figured out customer service and trained the staff well. We only stayed one night, but check in and out were very quick and professional. They happily answered questions and someone was always available. Dinner in the restaurant was good and well priced. The room was clean and comfortable. I would certainly recommend this chain.

Nice clean hotel with many facilities on site. Loved the climate control and decent plumbing, rare in the UK. I paid extra 10.00 for overnight parking which wasn't in the information when I booked and it almost seemed to be a voluntary contribution.

This is a very efficient and convenient hotel experience. Clean, comfortable, with helpful staff. Our only glitch was that there are two Premiere Inn's at Heathrow and we schlepped to the other one first.

Well,we do use overnight airports hotels alot and this was the first time we have used a Premier Inn at Heathrow,Bath Road,Hayes,we will def. be using it again,there was so much open all along the inside,bars,cafes,allsorts and coffee shop open 24 hours,its felt lovely and welcoming,not just a desk and up to your room......AND... it actually had a dressing table and MIRROR right in front of it for us ladies to sit up to and do our hair etc,you`d be surprised even in 5 star they dont do that ,you have to juggle your tongs with long extension leads which we take,this room was PERFECT and value for money,all round i wish they had then abroad set out the same,well done PREMIER,just come back today from Abu Dhabi,5 STAR SHERATON,beautiful..mirrors..yes dressing table no,standing doing my hair at the ward robe..difficult..Would have loved one of yours theres,all set out with thought,
