Rooms were clean and more or less well maintained. Room service was surprising quick given the time it said it would arrive… in about half that time that was said I received what I ordered. I was late getting back for check out. And the lady at the front desk was more than accommodating for my lateness getting back due to traffic and let me do a late checkout. I recommend.

Easy and very convenient location wise. Our room had one window which faced the entryway to the hotel. There was no natural light and it was quite noisy given proximity to the ground floor/elevators. Breakfast was good and certainly did the trick for an overnight stay. Plenty of space for us and the kiddos.

Stayed here on a one-night layover. Very “American style” (free standing modern building with big rooms) Marriott other than not having a free shuttle to/from airport. Uber was a little over 20GBP. Because the hotel is not on the airport grounds, You can walk around the corner for about a 1/4 mile and get a decent meal and a beer at a neighborhood pub that has indoor outdoor seating called the Pheasant. Very welcoming and avoids eating in the hotel restaurant although the hotel restaurant was not terribly expensive and looked okay. There’s also a pharmacist and grocery store around the corner the other way about 1/2 mile off if you need anything.

This is our "Go To" hotel when we have been privileged to travel and have a scheduled flight home from London Heathrow. Great staff that anticipates well and is always at the top of their game. On site restaurant, Carluccio's offers a "just right" menu with a variety of dishes and the breakfast buffet or a la carte dishes meet every need. Terrific bar for a "last night of vacation" night cap. Don't even bother looking for a finer hotel.
