We had a water leak in our room coming from the ceiling A/C condenser unit we believe...it wasn't just a a little drip, it was leaking alot....reported to staff at front desk. The breakfast buffet was really fabulous. The hotel was average to good...seemed a bit dated in places, carpets in hallways ...

All I can say is that the staffs were really lovely and they made me feel welcome at the hotel. The food was really delicious that I would recommends Pan Roasted Sea Bass Fillet and Classic Fish and Chips as they were my favourite dinners.

We were told our room with city view and would cost £60 per night for a upgrade with river view, we didn't accept. We ended up with a room with a window of no view! I meant No View, period !
