Hotel staff were friendly and professional, we were able to check in early and had access to our room immediately we were allocated room 414, at the back of the hotel, comfy bed and everything you need for a weekend break, the carpet in the room is a little tired but that is my only criticism.We would have no hesitation in using the hotel again, and we are looking forward to our next visit
From the moment I stepped into the the reception to check in till the moment I checked out, this hotel was an absolute wonder. My room was fantastic, the people who work here genuinely can't do enough to make sure you are ok. I will come back here again in a heart beat. This is how a hotel should be.
My wife and I spent 5 nights at this centrally located hotel on Leicester Square. The room was spacious and very well furnished. We used the hotel staff for restaurant advice and were never disappointed. Everyone we interfaced with was friendly and well prepared to help us with our questions and requests for service and advice.
This hotel was the perfect location being on the edge of Leicester Square. Surprisingly very quiet when in your room regardless of the hundreds of people outside. Covent Garden, Regent Street and West End all a short walk.

Loved this hotel. Room was very small but smart and modern. Great for a couple of nights. Would prefer small room of this standard than a larger tired run down room. Hotel really smart and great location really really close to Leicester Square and Picadilly. Staff very friendly. Complimentary cheese and wine from 5-8pm, offered a free drink as well when got back in the evening. Fantastic buffet breakfast too. Would definitely go again.
