I really hope you are paying her enough because she is a gem! Nothing was too much trouble even won over my usually reserved, sons. So helpful , so attentive to all guests. General manager, Rama was really helpful and made a kind gesture for our anniversary of chocolate cake with “Happy Anniversary “ written in sauce. Hotel could do with updating as no central heating, windows old, sofa badly stained. Plenty of choice on half board and bed was super comfy. Would stay again."

"Everything was top notch apart being charged an extra £30 for 2 nights so that I could have bedding on the sofa bed. Room says it's good for 4 people because it has a double bed and a sofa bed, so booked it for 2 people so we could use as a twin room. That was where reception asked for the extra pounds as they said I didn't state I wanted it as a twin room... although there was nowhere to state I wanted to use it as a twin room when I went through the booking stage"

"This hotel was great for the price. It was a clean standard hotel. Toilet was very low which I found difficult and parking was an issue, hotel parking is small so gets booked fast and Millennium point car park was difficult to find. All the staff were lovely except for one lady at reception. Breakfast is overpriced (£16.50 or £13.50 if you book the night before) so we found it cheaper to go out and have breakfast. Apart from a few minor inconveniences, our experience was good and I would return....

"I had to move rooms as the toilet seat was broken but the receptionist was very helpful and it was not a problem. My second room was comfortable, clean and all amenities were working . Breakfast service was excellent. Great location to all inner city amenities."

"Excellent staff, decent location. Our first two nights of a three night stay were faultless. On the third a wedding party arrived and the noise from the neighbouring room was astounding. They were not shouting but “drunk loud” and the inter room soundproofing was found out badly. Shame really. "

"This is a hidden gem. It is a very nice hotel just on the outskirt of the city but only a few minutes walk from the town hall. There is a very nice bar with outdoor seating at both the side of the building on on the street with a church view. The rooms are nicely decorated with a modern bathroom and a mini bar with a very pleasant surprise! There was plenty of parking at the rear of the hotel although this is charged via an App at £21.50 per 24 hours."

"I liked to quick lifts and plenty of them. I liked the friendly staff I liked the room, although small and a bit dated it was very clean and quiet I liked the air conditioning I didn’t like the bar food, it wasn’t very warm and such strange menu choices. I didn’t like the breakfast, it was cold and I had to change dirty cutlery twice ! The breakfast serving area was not kept wiped down, a messy counter serving top.
