Staff friendly and helpful. Great directions to Victoria train station. Within walking distance of most London sites, London eye etc. The hotel very kindly let us leave our luggage with them, at no extra charge, while we ventured out to Covent Gardens. Will certainly use the Grange Rochester again when we are on our next trip to London. Many thanks for a comfortable stay.
We had a great experience, this is the second time we have stayed with you. Gena at the lounge bar was excellent and makes the best White Russian I've ever had. Everything about our stay with you was pleasant and would definitely be back. Thank you .
Decent accomodation-typical European hotel-room rather small but manageable size. Likes:proximity to busses, Tube and Victoria Station, walking distance to Buckingham Palace. Nicely decorated, friendly staff. Dislikes: our room was not made up on our first day, room was tired with water stains on ceiling, loose tiles on bathroom floor, no screens in windows and don't think the air conditioning worked. Restaurant onsite but dinner not served every night and breakfast was overpriced for Continental and they did not offer a children's menu or pricing. Overall rating 3.5 out of 5.
Room only but found hotel very accessible to transport connections and nearby shops.
Good watering hole near the tube which was extremely welcome after a hard day.
Extractor in bathroom faulty otherwise apart from size acceptable.
Staff pleasant and helpful but never got a biscuit for my early morning coffee.

Home to some of London's most famous institutions —the Houses of Parliament (Big Ben), Westminster Abbey, and Tate Britain— Westminster is busy by day and quiet by night. Buckingham Palace is located across lovely St. James's Park; Whitehall leads to Trafalgar Square and the National Gallery, passing 10 Downing Street and the Queen's mounted troops at Horse Guards on the way. The streets around Victoria Station offer hotels to suit all budgets.
