We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was lovely and the only reason we have rated the room 4 for comfort is because we found it a bit too warm during the night. The lowest setting on the air conditioning was 19 degrees which, for us, wasn't cool enough for comfort. Other than that the hotel was perfect. We were very impressed with the pantry on each floor which was kept well stocked with tea, coffee, cake, chocolate biscuits, sweets, fruit and newspapers - all at no extra charge! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is next to Kings Cross which made it very easy to get around. When we next visit London we will be happy to stay here again.

Staff excelled from the moment of arrival to even after we checked out. esp check in / out and breakfast teams.
Small details made all the difference. eg organised a buggy free of charge, called us by name when talking to us, free mineral water, free coffee on arrival.
At breakfast, the team chatted to our son about what he wanted to do that day. We visited the Natural history Museum dinosaur exhibition and that evening the "breakfast team" presented him with ( a not inexpensive ) toy dinosaur model.
Nice touches like this, totally exceeded our expectations and in combination to location and quality of product, made sure that we next time we visit London we will stay at this hotel for definite.
In fact, the majority of so called "5 Star" hotels would do well to stay at this hotel and learn how to do it properly!
Many thanks Pullman staff. What a great bunch you all are!
I needed a central location, and, at Kings Cross, this was perfect. The rooms are simple, but clean, luggage room, hair dryer, etc. was provided. Granted, this is not the quietest location, but this is Kings Cross, so not unexpected, and I was given a room towards the court, so away from the main noise. I got what I needed, and at good value for money for Central London.

The apartment building was very close to the subway station (and King's Cross train station), so traveling around London was fairly easy. It was however noisy at night. There were always sirens blaring and street traffic well into the night. The room was very spacious for a European room (had 2 bathrooms!) and the staff was helpful. I didn't like the carpet in the bedroom (it was cleaned but you could see the outline of some big stain that was there before. The washer/dryer handle broke during a wash cycle, but the manager gave us a bottle of wine to compensate for the trouble. Overall, the room was OK, but I would have liked a quieter room.

We were looking for a good reasonably priced hotel that would get us to the main London sites quickly. The Wesley fit our purpose perfectly! The tube and train station are a very short walk just to the end of the street. The hotel and the neighborhood were quiet. The staff was very helpful. The rooms (we had 2 rooms) were very nice size. The air conditioner in one worked fine. The thermostat in the other room was old and even the maintenance man said it needed to be replaced. After working on the thermostat a few minutes he got the room temperature to an okay level. The free wifi worked good.
The hallways are interesting (quirky) in that they were narrow and you sometimes felt like your were going from one building to another. The elevator stop for some floors was actually 2 stops. One for certain room numbers and another stop for the other room numbers on that same floor. This was not bad, just interesting.
Overall I did like the hotel and the rooms. They fit our price and our needs. I do recommend this hotel.

I stayed for 1 night on a warm evening in a small room. My problem was that if I left the window ajar it was very noisy.
If I closed the window it got very hot. If I turned on the A/C the fan wafted very cold air on me. I had to keep switching the A/c on and off
The bed however was very comfortable
"Perfect location and excellent quality of service"
Exceptional service, room style, location, and food. The front desk welcomed us with an upgrade to a family room wish ended in a huge nice room with a view of the street and st.pancras station. Perfect for travelers to london who will get to town by train. All the underground tubes pass by. Good english brunch on sunda also. At the end we decided to stay one more night and surprise: complementary 50%off on the 3rd night.!! Need to say no more. Wold definetly come back to Megaro on our trips to London.

Pocket Guide: London Kings Cross St. Pancras Hotels
With the Eurostar and many metro and train lines at St Pancras and King's Cross stations, most people know the bustling area as a transportation hub. Thanks to a redevelopment, it is now much more. Restaurants, galleries, and a street market have opened near Regent's Canal. St Pancras also has Europe's longest oyster bar, and don't forget the Harry Potter Store at King's Cross Platform 9 3/4.
