Welcoming reception & was able to check in to room earlier than the stated 3:00 pm. Upgraded room so a bit more space. Road noise not a problem. "Very centrally located. Clean and spacious."
We transferred from Heathrow airport to the National Gallery using the tube and the hotel was only a half block from the underground stop. The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent as is the one across the street. The building is secured (locked) at night and the elevators require a keycard to operate so safety is not a concern. The rooms were large for London and we had a view of the street below. A double window system kept most of the noise down and the remaining street noise was reasonable for a large city. The bathroom was plenty big enough and the room service was prompt. Overall a great hotel that I would recommend and more importantly stay at again.

"Nice Stay in Covent Garden"
The hotel is very large, but comfortable. This stay was a birthday surprise for my spouse and I wanted a nice hotel for a great price and this was it. It is in walking distance of most theaters and across the street from the Savoy. Breakfast was standard, but good. Indian restaurant was very good.

"Nice, quiet hotel"
The hotel was lovely, very quite and close to a train station which was good, the staff were helpful and we got upgraded from a queen to a king bed on arrival for free, the only bad thing was as the mini bar didn't have a menu for costs of the drinks it was easy to assume it was free being a 5* hotel

"Excellent location and very comfortable and helpfu"
I stayed for one night with 3 freinds and when the receptionist heard it was my 50th birthday she ordered a free bottle of wine for us - thank you very much! The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean and lovely and quiet even on a Saturday night. The location is ideal for the theatra and resturants etc.

"The Savoy lived up to all expectations."
WE had a wonderful stay, everything about the Savoy is magnificent. Staff could not be more helpful and all details are of very highest standard. Only one downer is that the rooms do not provide tea/coffee making facilities and to keep ordering from In-Room Dining is so expensive. We will certainly include the Savoy in any future trip to London.

"Would recommend!"
Would definitely recommend the location of this hotel right on Seven Dials, easy to walk everywhere. Hotel staff very friendly and our room even had a good view. The standard double was small but felt cosy and still managed to have room for a table and chairs.

"Perfect Location"
the hotel was really nice and clean with a modern feel to it. The breakfast was worth it as there was so much to chose from with lovely staff looking so happy! the only problem I had was that the Wi-Fi had a charge which now a days you would think it would be free! you can get free Wi-Fi in coffee shops and even mc Donald's so why does it seem right to charge at such a nice hotel like this one?
