Rally good location, really nice staff, and nice room. I would have rated this room 5s accross the board if it was not for the fact that there was very low hot water pressure.

"Good location"
This is a neighborhood hotel near the train station. I found nearly every sort of thing I wanted in the area. My biggest complaint was noise from the hotel at night. We were near a staircase and it seemed to attract noise from the lobby. There was some sort of piped in music as well that was not pleasant to listen to in bed. Much of this was improved when we changed rooms. The neighbor hood included a lot of little businesses where we were able to find odds and ends that we forgot to pack or lost. The train station was 3 blocks and the metro 2 blocks,

"Excellent Location and Good Value for Money"
The hotel is in a prime location and easily accessible to various Metro stations. Our only issue was on the Friday evening a theatre production with extremely loud music continued until 2.30 am leading to a sleepless night. However, when we raised the matter with the reception staff the following day we were moved to another room immediately.

"Lovely hotel in great location!"
Me & my boyfriend visited Hotel Acta Madfor in May '15 & were extremely impressed by the hotels location, interior & facilities. The hotel was situated across the road from the Principe Pio station which made getting to the hotel from the airport & travelling around the city extremely easy - that said we hardly used the underground as the hotel was only a short walk to the centre & attractions which was ideal for us. There is a big supermarket next to the hotel, shopping centre across the road & bars & restaurants were in close proximity which was convenient . The hotel itself seemed newly decorated with a trendy yet cosy feel & the bedroom & bathroom were very clean. The beds were comfy & the room had blackout curtains - It was also peaceful at night which all combined made it very easy to get to sleep. The only negative point was that our room seemed to be near the cleaning cupboard & the door to this slammed shut a few times during the early morning which woke us up. There was free wifi throughout the building & the communal areas including the chill out room (which had sofas, computers, books etc in it) & roof top seating area were both nicely decorated & kept very tidy. The hotel had large lockers to store your luggage if required, which we thought was great as it meant you didn't have to wait to drop off/retrieve your luggage. The staff that we had interactions with all seemed friendly & helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food including hot foods, col

"Location Location"
Amazing - staff so nice, had room with balcony worth the extra cost, bed and linen luxury, not a better location to be found - would be even better if there were coffee making facilities in room - do need my coffee fix in the morning.

"Awesome "
Very nice hotel, very good price. Rooms are lovely. The first night we stayed we just took our things out and crashed. Next day we left and came back and our toiletries were organized on the sink and everything was amazingly clean. The bar on the roof is a nice little addition. Great view at night and quite popular.
