"Convenient & comfy with great transport links."
Small private hotel style accommodation in an up and coming part of East London. I had constant access to free Wifi, Sky TV, washer and dryer, kitchen, etc. Stratford is a huge transport hub with quick access to all of London.

"Nice hotel close all public transport and shops"
The hotel is in a great location just 5 mins walk from stratford station which has tube and above ground trains also the biggest shopping centre I have ever seen called westfield. There is no onsite parking but u can park in the shopping centre which is safe and secure for just £5 for 24hr stay. 24hr reception onsite with very friendly helpful staff.. eating area is in the reception area which I found a little strange. Rooms were up to standards . Clean and fresh and good value for money.

Travelodge London Stratford

High Street, London - Map
"Blinds too short but otherwise a good budget hotel"
Great location only about a 5 minute walk from Stratford High Street DLR and about a 10 minute walk from Stratford station (rail and tube) and the massive new Westfields shopping complex, which also contains a cinema and a food court, nicer restaurants, a couple of bars etc, so there's plenty of amenities and services close to hand. If you don't want to move, there's also an on-site bar/restaurant and vending machines in the lobby. Our room was quiet (although some other guests were complaining about a stag party# and comfortable other than the fact that the blind #room 315# was too short for the window and let in loads of light. We requested two extra pillows and used those to block out the light. I took my own hairdryer but reception were helpful at loaning us an iron and extra pillows / towels - just ask! We felt the breakfast was rather expensive- there are a couple of greasy spoon type places on the other side of Main Street towards Stratford centre #5-10 mins away), or you could get something from e.g. the M & S food section etc instead and save yourself a few pennies. Overall, a basic but new hotel in a good location- we'd stay again.

"lovely hotel"
lovely hotel so close to the big mall at Stratford. Walking distance there, very helpful staff who let us check in early.Comfortable bed, lovely shower and quiet room although it was on the ground floor and excellent system for storing luggage after we'd checked out and met friends for lunch before driving south. Amazing TV remote controlling so many functions on the huge flat-screen TV

"Good cost effective, basic facilities"
Room generally OK, warm, clean linen and twoels. Shared kitchen nice and tidy, microwave, fridge, all you need to make a continental breakfast shared bathroom facilities shocking. Dirty toilet, radiator hanging off the wall. The only good point was the temperature was nice and cosy no wifi coverage on top floor, as the router is on the ground floor.
