"Our stay here was great. The room was as expected based on the pictures. It was nice and quiet at night time and easy to walk to from the train station. The breakfast was fantastic, a great range and one of the better ones I have had. I would recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to stay somewhere quiet and is ok walking a little bit to the main sites (or catching a water taxi). "

"Close enough to walk everywhere easily but away enough to not feel like you are in Times Square type of crowding. Hotel was clean and beautiful. The shower water pressure wasn’t the greatest but that’s really the only downside. Air conditioning, shopping and food close, it was a great stay."

The hotel was lovely and clean and charming, and the location in Cannaregio was very nice—a bit out of the way of the densest tourist areas but still beautiful, walkable and interesting with lots of dining options. "Great place to stay in Venice. Very conveniently located to Piazzale Roma. Great views of the canals from your room. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They also spoke very good English, which was a big plus for us! We only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay longer."

"Very close to the Venezia Santa Lucia train station and also to the water buses. Room was lovely and a very nice breakfast was included. There are no staff available on site as all bookings and inquiries are handled by their sister hotel across the road. We also had 2 flights of stairs to carry up suitcases. Other than that the room was comfortable and ticked all of our boxes for location. "
