Location is perfect. Just a stone away from the grand San Marco area and Rialto area. Friendly staff and very helpful. Room is nicely decorated. One tip, when coming from airport do take the private water taxi and avoid the public taxi.
My college age daughter and I just spent a week in the hotel. It was perfect! The suite was beautiful, the location is amazing, and the staff were so polite and helpful. This was my third time to Venice (second to one of the Bauer Hotels. ) It's very worth the money and I would absolutely return!

Pleasant hotel in a lovely location, ticked all the boxes for us. Just a short walk from the train station. From Venice main train station just next to the Grand Canal to stepping inside our hotel room took just 40 minutes.
The hotel picked us up from the local station and dropped us off again when it was time to leave so we didn't have to carry our luggage.
Lovely freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast and enough choice for all of us.
Room was very clean, shower nice and constantly hot.
Beautiful gardens and clean looking swimming pool which we didn't use due to the weather. Lovely gardens to sit outside and drink / dine.
Hotel gave us a list of train services into Venice so it was very easy to navigate and plan our stay.
Would stay here again if we were to visit Venice again.

This is a beautiful Hotel with friendly efficient staff. It is just 3 minutes boat ride away to Saint Mark's Square. The Hotel has a free boat service every 30 minutes, which we found to be very reliable. The best part of the Hotel for us was the beautiful gardens in which to relax/sunbathe in, something which is rare in Venice. We would love to visit Venice again some time and we would certainly return to this hotel.
"Friendly, value for money hotel for visiting Venic"
I am surprised with the odd unsupportive review as my experience matches the majority reviewers who praise the facility.
I found all the staff really friendly and helpful and the owner was charming being able to accommodate our needs around some isolated maintenance work. This work had no impact on the guests stay. The two main guys who attend the reception and drive the shuttle are exceptional - a real positive attitude wanting to help and make sure stay the best.
The standard of sports facilities is on a par with La Manga at a fraction of the cost. There are about 12 Tennis courts on different playing surfaces and 6 Astra Turf football pitches, two swimming pools, a stunning state of the art gym and spin studio plus Spa. All set in quiet landscaped gardens.
The swimming pools are set in a beautiful garden with ample sunbeds. The pool bar is well stocked and stays open until the restaurant open
I booked the hotel to be away from the frenzy of Venice but close enough to commute. The hotel provide a shuttle service into Venice at one way or you can catch the local bus. The shuttle is a 20 min trip and bus about 30 mins. The bus stop is either at front entrance for a No. 10 then change to No. 7 or a 800 metre walk from the back gate taking the number 7 bus direct. Bus tickets can be bought at reception.
The restaurant is excellent with a varied reasonably priced menu and brilliant staff.
The owner is always around ensuring all OK. I strongly recommend

This was a nice place to stay. It's a 'relais', and also 'agriturismo', ie it's set in pleasant countryside within a working farm. You can walk round the grounds and see the animals, and many of the items in the breakfast buffet are homemade on the farm - butter, eggs, jam, even honey. The downside is that this really isn't a full-on hotel. The reception is only staffed for a few hours a day, there's no room service, the restaurant (which looks great on their website) is only open on Sundays, and use of the 'wellness centre' (pool, jacuzzi, gym) is not included in the room charge. Instead, it will cost you 30 euros per person per day. We used it as a base for going into Venice, Verona and up to the mountains at Belluno, which was fine, but we were a little disappointed at not being able to go for a quick swim in the mornings.
