Wonderful location walking distance to the bus station great for first timers. We had a room with views of the canals and there were so many lovely restaurants located nearby. The staff were helpful a en the rooms were beautifully updated. No complaints!

We loved the hotel. It was conveniently close to the train station so we didn’t have to drag our luggage over too many stairs. The staff were nice and helpful, they gave great restaurant recommendations. We’d stay there again next time we visit Venice!

This hotel had a great view from our room. It was very clean and the staff was amazing. The sister hotel for breakfast was also an added bonus. It was nice to be able to sit and drink coffee on the water.

Room was clean and I loved the bathroom aesthetic. The space was a bit cramped but it didn’t bother me that much – as long as the place is clean. Staff was helpful with restaurant suggestions and how to get to/from the train station easily with luggages since Venice had bridges after bridges (traveling with big luggages will be a challenge). The only thing that I noticed was the smell in the reception area (smelled a little like sewer/canal), but overall great stay! Great area to have a view of Venice sunrise.

Our location was perfect. So close to the train station but on a canal and very near to the bridge to cross. Would rather walk a bit longer to San Marco than drag bags further. We really enjoyed our stay here and staff kept our bags before check in. Up arrival back to check in to our room, the staff and carried our bags to our room ❤️ The room was clean and felt comfortable and was nicely laid out. We would stay here again!

The location was great if you are traveling by train or bus to get to Venice. There are still bridges to go over but so much more convenient than being near the center of Venice. It was still an easy walk to see things from this location. The man checking us out was so helpful and went out of his way to insure we were going in the right direction of the train. The room was very nice and spacious. It had a view of the canal.
