Great location, and there was a lot of potential, unfortunately they need to do some major cleaning as there was numerous places we found mold. The pool is gorgeous and set up for a lot of fun for the family, but there is broken/missing tile and some areas that need to be scrubbed for algae. The staff was great!

The Lido location is a genuine highlight — easy to get to and a great base for exploring. That said, the hotel itself shows its age and needs some updating. The rooms are dated, and the air conditioning is inconsistent: it cools the central room well, but you’ll need to leave the bedroom doors open to feel much benefit there too. The pool water runs on the warmer side, and many tiles around it are missing - in need of repair. Breakfast was quite weak — quality and variety didn’t quite meet expectations. Overall, a solid location let down by a property that’s due for some care.

The room was very spacious for a family with beautiful views over the very well maintained gardens and pool. The reception staff were very warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant location near the beach, centre of lido and water taxis.

It is a beautiful place. Highly recommended. Across the street there is an amazing beach on the Adriatic. It’s a few blocks from downtown and the vaporetto. For a family of 3, we’ve got a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with kitchenette and living room . With a second floor that had a balcony with an amazing view. The apartment had Venetian style decoration: bathrooms are all covered with marble, furniture, cabinets and closets have been designed and painted with detailed work. The pool was great. We arrived and the first thing we did was getting into the pool. Angela welcomed us and was very helpful during our stay.

This was such a beautiful property with all the amenities. Because the pool closed early we were not able to enjoy it but overall a great place to stay! Clean and within walking distance from restaurants and shops as well as close to the beach.

It's an amazing resort for family stay. Very nice, heated pool. Friendly people, great location. It's a bit off center but perfect for beach walks and swimming. The furniture is a bit dated and they need a bit of a nudge to clean the rooms, but it's me trying to be picky. Overall 5 star stay. I would absolutely come back.

It was a fantastic stay for the 2 day period we spent here in Venice as it came with 2 separate rooms and toilets. On the outside, there is access to a small terrace as well as a swimming pool. It was in a good location however to improve, I would say that the room decorations were slightly old. Apart from that, a very positive stay.

We arrived at the property at 7pm to find reception was closed, despite both the email and the notice on the front door saying it was open til 8pm. A note was left asking us to visit reception from 9am the next day, disrupting our morning plans. Check in the next morning went okay and the staff member was hospitable, informing us the pool was open til 7pm. We came back to reception at 6pm to request towels and was told by a different member of staff it was closed for maintenance and would not be open again. The next morning the member of staff at reception did say the pool could be opened 'in an hour'. Overall the service seemed very uncoordinated and the property was very dated, however it was clean and fairly quiet.

Maintained as traditional property , old style. Great place, 10 minutes walk from main street. One of the bathrooms were not useful so much for shower given the design, eater easily comes off from shower area, curtain not much useful.

This was my favorite place I stayed during my trip to Italy. The rooms were charming, clean, and well appointed. The staff was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The grounds were beautiful, and the location right across from the beach on the Adriatic was wonderful. If you are visiting Venice, I highly recommend it.
