Location was excellent within walking distance of both the train station and St Marks Square. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Highly recommend the Antigo Doge hotel.

The location of our hotel was absolutely perfect. We felt like it was a quick walk to everything we wanted to see. The hotel was charming and felt very characteristic of what we thought staying in Venice would look like. We would highly suggest this hotel and the restaurant next-door. Loved that there was a gondola station out front and that it was steps to the Rialto Bridge. The staff was very friendly and helpful!! 5 out of 5!!!

Great location, helpful staff, nice breakfast with great views over the canal. The air conditioning was not working on the day we arrived, the staff arrange for an extra fan for the room and was fixed the following day. Would recommend the hotel for its location

Great location by a plaza and canal. Not far from the water drop off - about a 10 min walk. Was able to get a water taxi right in front of our hotel at 3:30 am that took us directly to the airport in about 20 mins. Coolest experience. The decor was quite dated and tired looking but a clean and old style hotel.

It was perfect! Lovely room, we are a family of three, beds were very comfortable. It’s also a very central location, we found it easy to walk everywhere. Good stay, helpful staff, lovely breakfast, would definitely recommend.

The location is great. However the walls are paper thin and you could hear your neighbours coughing next door. The breakfast reviews were great when I booked but it was disappointing. This place is okay for a day or 2 but not any longer. Rooms are smaller than the pictures look and the mini fridge wasn’t cold. Staff mad us feel like we were inconveniencing them and smiles were limited.

The aircon stopped working and the staff were waiting for an engineer to arrive. It appears to be an old system. It was a flight of stairs up to the reception. There was a wheelchair stair lift but we couldn’t use that for our luggage so we had to lug it upstairs. Overall we were happy with our choice of hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent.

Hotel is very central, easy walking to the water bus stop, rialto bridge and st marks square. Rooms are clean and the staff are helpful. Great to have a continental breakfast included. The rooms have air conditioning, but despite this we’re very warm. The bathroom is smelly, not sure if that is just a Venice issue in general as opposed to this specific hotel or room. Had a lovely stay.
