The location is great. However the walls are paper thin and you could hear your neighbours coughing next door. The breakfast reviews were great when I booked but it was disappointing. This place is okay for a day or 2 but not any longer. Rooms are smaller than the pictures look and the mini fridge wasn’t cold. Staff mad us feel like we were inconveniencing them and smiles were limited.

The aircon stopped working and the staff were waiting for an engineer to arrive. It appears to be an old system. It was a flight of stairs up to the reception. There was a wheelchair stair lift but we couldn’t use that for our luggage so we had to lug it upstairs. Overall we were happy with our choice of hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent.

Great location, charming room. We paid a lot to get air conditioning since it was very hot in Venice. The AC didn’t work at all. No fan. Room was 85 degrees at least. Hotel offered no discount at checkout. Just, “we will be in touch”. That was the only disappointment. Otherwise it would have been perfect.

We had a great time at this hotel during our family trip to Venice. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Rialto Bridge, water buses, restaurants, and the main attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was clean, comfy, and well maintained, and the overall vibe of the hotel was warm and relaxing. We especially loved the convenient location, especially how easy it was to get there from the airport, and the helpful service throughout our stay. To reach this hotel, get off at Fondamonte Nove stop in Alilaguna and it's a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Fewer bridges and less crowded. Thanks for making our Venice holiday so enjoyable.

I read reviews that the free breakfast was just average nothing special. I disagree it was not like the American free breakfast. It was a buffet of absolutely everything with little cakes and like 30+ food options with a beautiful view. There was ALWAYS someone at the front desk which was nice. Our rooms were cleaned every single day without requesting. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and romantic. We were able to watch a wedding with an amazing band from our room. AC worked great. Staff spoke English and provided us with a map upon arrival and offered to help with everything. The location is perfect you are next to a convenience store for water or snacks and close walking distance to Rialto without being overly crowded. I would not want to try any other hotel if we visit Venice again in the future.
