Hotel Abbazia was a gem—super conveniently located to public transportation (railway station and Piazzale Roma) and the Grand Canal but set back on a quiet side street. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. Room was great—comfortable bed, effective AC, reasonably priced.

My teenage son and I stayed at Hotel Abbazia for one night in August 2025. The place has a pleasant courtyard and the breakfast buffet was simply amazing! The staff was welcoming and helpful. We appreciated the convenient location, near the train station and from a walkable distance from the cruise passenger terminal (Terminus Passageri). The transfer from the airport was easy too using Allilaguna.

We had a great experience here, the hotel is in a very convenient location that was easily walkable for two of us from the train station with all of our luggage. The service was great, we were pleasantly surprised with all the updates to our room, and also really enjoyed the breakfast.
