The apartment I reserved was incredible! Super roomy and clean. The location was perfect - right in the middle of everything! The staff was also really great. I’d recommend Ad Place for anyone that asks!

Perfect for me as a solo traveler. The hotel provided perfect instructions on how to find hotel, took 2 mins from waterbus stop. Shower was extremely small though. Be prepared for stairs but staff was awesome on taking my luggage to and from room. Breakfast was good and fresh. Front desk staff was wonderful on providing dinner and things to do nearby suggestions

Lovely hotel and nice staff, however be aware if you have any mobility issues as the room we stayed in needed us to climb 75 stairs and there is no lift! This issue should be highlighted to any potential guests

The staff is superb, friendly, helpful and professional. The buffet breakfast is very good which is a great way to start the day. The location is excellent, very close to Piazza San Marco. This is a small boutique hotel with charm and an excellent staff.

Perfect in Central Venice

Ad Place was perfect hotel for our stay in Venice. We needed a bigger suite (2 adults and 2 teens) in central location but not in a noisy area. Welcomed by Kamal at the front desk upon arrival and he made us feel like we were visiting his home as he was so welcoming and hospitable.

LOVED Ad Place. The location can't be beat - close to St. Marks and the Rialto Bridge. The most magical part however was the gondolas that would go by beneath our room and hearing the music that came with them. Unforgettable. The staff was also incredibly helpful and responsive.

Great service and exceptional attention to detail!

Amazing service, phenomenal guest attention! I can't say enough about the tremendous service the team at AD Place provide. They were very helpful with additional reservations for meals and excursions, as well as detailed directions. Love the eco friendly glass containers at breakfast. Which was also well laid out, delicious and fresh.

The hotel was centrally located and charming. There is no elevator. The rooms were clean and eclectic looking. The breakfast & dining area was very nice. Kamal went out of his way to make sure we got to our restaurant the 1st night. We where very confused with the many alleys and bridges. Matteo and Tommas were equally as nice.

I had the best time at AD place. The location was great. The staff was amazing. There are not 100 stairs like some complaints said there are 48 to the top but each bridge you walk on outside is 24 and there are many so if you cannot do steps do not travel to Venice or do not complain about steps in a 500 year old building. The staff will carry your luggage or there is a lift. Cannot complain at all. Breakfast was very nice. Rooms are beautiful.

Ad Place is tremendous value for its great location. Kamal and the staff are all really charming and welcoming . The property is quiet, beautifully maintained and a stones throw from La Fenice. Buffet breakfast was beautifully presented. Although I don’t want to mark the place down I think they could get nicer pillows, the bed was firm which I like but so were the pillows. Also the access to the shower in the room I booked is very tight because of the placement of the sink which has quite sharp edges. However it’s an excellent value to stay and I would consider staying again if I’m back in Venice.

The people at the hotel were very nice the hotel is ok I was not impressed for the price that we pay I was expecting a bigger bigger room it was very small and the floor was tilted that made me nauseous because I suffered from vertigo also the Aircodition make a noice that was very difficult for me to sleep I always read all the reviews but no one mentioned this i travel a lot and never had this issue in a hotel the breakfast was very good I don’t think I will go back to that hotel

They lied about AC alleging that they could not be turned on, so when i complaint about it, they changed us to an smaller room for the same price, where the AC could be used, but it was broken, we made the complaint but nobody solved it, and for that reason we could not sleep and as a result the vacation was a nightmare
