This hotel has exceptionally friendly staff. On arrival I was tired and couldn't find where to park so the hotel night manager talked me through the directions and made sure I found the spaces reserved for the hotel (there is a charge).
In reception the lady on duty (Lisa) was most helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The staff recommended a place locally to go and eat.
In the morning I was pleased to find that the complimentary breakfast was of a high quality and they catered for...
