This hotel has exceptionally friendly staff. On arrival I was tired and couldn't find where to park so the hotel night manager talked me through the directions and made sure I found the spaces reserved for the hotel (there is a charge). In reception the lady on duty (Lisa) was most helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The staff recommended a place locally to go and eat. Great location and very clean and comfortable room. Easy transport links into central London. Very welcoming reception staff and great easy checkin. Parking was free and safe and hotel was easy to find

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

Great size room for a family of 4. Double and 2 singles made the kids happy.

Excellent hotels

Fantastic for a business trip - great location and great facilities - also a work space area next to the reception which saved me trudging through the rain to an office. Big clean room and great food and drink options

A new, well appointed boutique hotel in Kensington. Everything is in very good condition. The rooms are compact but very comfortable and quite well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic bar and restaurant if needed. I'd happily stay again next time I need a hotel in this area.

This was our second stay at The Rembrandt and we really couldn't fault it. It's now our go to hotel when we're in the area, one of the best we've stayed in in London.

Wonderful stay, great hotel.

We would definitely stay again. Room was very well equipped & spacious. Only two things letting it down. Black mould in the shower (wasn’t loads but noticeable straight away) needs keeping on to off. Then I dropped my ring and went under the bed… the build up of dust was crazy - obviously the bed had not been moved in a very long time. But it’s not something I go looking for nor would I expect a housekeeper to bust their back moving the bed in each room - especially if they are cleaning on...

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Unexpectedly upgraded to a suite, which was lovely. Stayed at Baileys multiple times over the past few years, a lovely, comfy, traditional London hotel with out the ostentatious bling. Friendly and helpful staff, stones throw from good transportation for London exploration. The only slight negative, no bedside clock, so had to check my phone or Ipad for time in the wee small hours.

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.
