"Clean room, and bathrooms were cleaned often. It was quite hot with no A/C and in a heat wave, but the hotel provided a great fan. Breakfast was great and they provided plenty of great options. Wifi wasn’t available in the rooms, only the main lobby, but they had some couches that we were able to rest on in there. Area is extremely convenient and beautiful, close to transit."

This hotel has exceptionally friendly staff. On arrival I was tired and couldn't find where to park so the hotel night manager talked me through the directions and made sure I found the spaces reserved for the hotel (there is a charge). In reception the lady on duty (Lisa) was most helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The staff recommended a place locally to go and eat. In the morning I was pleased to find that the complimentary breakfast was of a high quality and they catered for...

A new, well appointed boutique hotel in Kensington. Everything is in very good condition. The rooms are compact but very comfortable and quite well appointed. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic bar and restaurant if needed. I'd happily stay again next time I need a hotel in this area.
