This hotel has exceptionally friendly staff. On arrival I was tired and couldn't find where to park so the hotel night manager talked me through the directions and made sure I found the spaces reserved for the hotel (there is a charge). Great location and very clean and comfortable room. Easy transport links into central London. Very welcoming reception staff and great easy checkin. Parking was free and safe and hotel was easy to find

I enjoy my stay

We would definitely stay again. Room was very well equipped & spacious. Only two things letting it down. Black mould in the shower (wasn’t loads but noticeable straight away) needs keeping on to off. Then I dropped my ring and went under the bed… the build up of dust was crazy - obviously the bed had not been moved in a very long time. But it’s not something I go looking for nor would I expect a housekeeper to bust their back moving the bed in each room - especially if they are cleaning on...

Spotless room, very comfortable bed. Bathroom also spotless. Convenient location for visiting Central London. Very friendly staff on check in. Definitely recommend.

We stayed at the Ashburn Hotel for 2 nights as we had booked a concert at The Albert Hall. We were able to leave our cases at 10am when we arrived and we’re pleased to discover we had been upgraded to a double deluxe room when we booked in after our concert. The hotel is conveniently situated near Gloucester Road underground station. It is near the museums, Hyde Park and The Albert Hall.
