The doorman was great and very helpful with directions and information on local places to eat and visit. The staff in general were all very pleasant and always glad to help. "The room was clean overall, but I experienced a few issues during my stay. There was a very loud water noise in the room, and the TV was not working on the first night. When I contacted reception, I was informed that no maintenance staff was available overnight and that I would need to wait until the next day. Eventually, around 11 PM, I requested and received a room change. Otherwise everything was perfect. Location was amazing with thames river view and 2 minutes walking to Bus stop."
