"For the price and a one night stay it is very doable. Rooms are tiny and the stairs are scary but there is a small elevator which helps a lot! Breakfast very limited but does the job to start the day!"

You are in the heart of the shopping/dining district in Zermatt. The staff went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and the room was very spacious with modern amenities. "We like the location of the hotel,the staff was nice but not great, parking situation is not great. They don’t tell you if you get late you are to be locked out of the parking,one night we were able to get in with a card they gave us, next night they didn’t have the card and we had to park somewhere else that at the end was cheaper. They didn’t apologized or cared about our inconvenience."

"For a basic hotel, very good. No AC (but they never said there was, so that's OK). What I liked is that it was very quiet outside our room, so having the windows open on a hot night wasn't a problem. And in contrast to many hotels, while they had a duvet on the bed, they also provided a very light blanket, so it wasn't an all or nothing covering situation. And they had extra pillows. Towels were threadbare, and (like many European hotels) very difficult to get our bags to the hotel. It's...

"Outstanding hotel. Clean, quiet central location, beautiful knotty pine with carved panels, 1 block walk to ski shuttle. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast. Our third stay here, will hope to return."

"We really like the big room we had. Not new, but in good condition. Very friendly stuff... but nothing was going on for new year in hotel. If they start to serve good coffe for breakfast we come back. Best part was the taxi servis to the lifts with great drivers..."
