The outdoors was beautiful. There was a weather alert and we were still charged 45.00 daily resort fee we couldn't use. Pool Was ice cold. We couldn't swim once the weather got better. I asked for more coffee pods the next day and they told me I had to pay 1.50 per pod. When we did get the room cleaned ...
