Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, ...

The pool area is in need of some upkeep. The hot tub did not work properly. Our room was sooo hot that it wasnt comfortable to sleep and we were unable to adjust the temp. The staff was amazing and everything was clean.
