area was unreal, and the perfect way to spend an evening! It was a short walk from the hotel to the train station, which was very convenient! The staff and continental breakfast were wonderful! We will definitely be staying here again! "

Our room was outfitted with a sauna, modern furnishings and a bath tub looking out to nature’s gifts! The restaurant and the in house dining was also delectable! Chefs kiss!!! I want to keep it a secret but also have to let you know its top tier! We wil definitely be back! "

"Honestly this hotel was a HUGE surprise. I was not expecting it to be SO big and so very well equipped! Honestly it's the perfect place to stay in Zermatt. It's very close to the train, literally around the corner. The entrance is hard to find since it's so big, so just got up the stairs and walk into the doors that say Restaurant.
