The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were very clean. I would say the hotel is in excellent condition. The main issue we had was with loud neighbors. Children in the stairwells and people above us jumping around until midnight prevented us from sleep. The staff was not willing to help when we told them of the issue. The location is excellent — just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The complimentary shuttle to and from Zermatt station was a great convenience. The staff were consistently warm and helpful — from reception to housekeeping to the breakfast team. Housekeeping made sure our room was always spotless, especially while we were out. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide selection to start the day right. A lovely bonus was the kids’ room, which our toddler really enjoyed. It made our stay even more family-friendly. I had been contacting the hotel due to potentially late check in caused by flight cancellation and delays. They gave me options for late check in if I arrived after 11pm. Sarina and her colleagues monitored my status and arranged a taxi pickup from the train station. The room was clean and nice with a balcony. The breakfast buffet was delicious and provided enough variety. This hotel is only a few minutes walk to sunnega. Great location, wonderful staff, clean rooms and common areas, and one of the best breakfasts I've ever had included with a stay. They even put out table with great treats in the lounge every day for those who return from skiing. Even the ski room, lockers, and spa area was a perfect 10\.
