Expedia advertised a ski and boot storage room but no such thing exists - instead there are a few open racks for skis just off the Main Street so didn’t feel a safe option. That said the hotel has no problem with guests taking skis and boots into the bedrooms. We could view the Matterhorn from our bedroom window and this hotel was in the best location of the whole of Zermatt. There is no lift, so alot of stairs with heavy cases. But we were aware and didnt mind the extra fitness. Breakfast was included and much appreciated. For what i paid, this hotel felt overpriced as it was charmless and basic. The bed I'll admit was comfortable and there was a bath but, yeah not great.
