"Nice hotel close to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea"
Very nice place, very nice ocean View. Have 24/7 Convenience store which is awesome! Has small Disney store as well. The staff are very friendly. Though not all can speak English, but so far most of them can speak good English. They have a shuttle bus to n fro Maihama station. But note that Maihama stn is close to Disneyland, but not to Disneysea. Though it is a walkable distance.

"Beautiful hotel in a central location"
The Imperial Hotel is a beautiful hotel located in Ginza across the road from Imperial Park. The location is close to public transport and shops and a large number of restaurants. The hotel staff are extremely efficient, courteous, friendly and gracious. We stayed for 5 nights and always loved coming back to the hotel at the end of a long day. If you are looking to stay somewhere away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo, this is a great hotel for you. It's still close to everything but minus the crowds. Our room was a decent size - good for couple + child. I would love to stay at this hotel again!

"Great although pricey hotel"
Great view from our room. Clean, quiet, spacious with 2 beds but was getting cramped with 4 beds.

"Good and comfortable hotel stuck in 90's"
Room was clean and of a reasonable size with a double bed. I had asked for a high floor quiet room and that was what I got. Furniture and decor, whilst fully functioning, were dated, reminding me of 90s hotels in Japan, and could do with a refresh. Luggage table was too small and fitted, although room had plenty space for a bigger table or a proper folding luggage stand which was not supplied. No iron in the room which I found a little annoying as a business traveller. The staff were very attentive and helpful and even went out of their way to give us access to a meeting room for a short-notice business meeting. Breakfast was quite good with a reasonable choice of both western and Japanese food and importantly for me fresh fruit. I tried Japanese restaurant in the hotel for a business dinner with a client and found it very good indeed. overall good hotel, helpful staff just needing a refresh!

"Good value for a high-end hotel"
Stayed here while attending the InterBEE trade show in Makuhari. The show was less than a 1-minute walk from the hotel by covered breeze-way. It very easy to get to the hotel from Haneda airport via direct shuttle-bus for 1150 Yen. The included buffet breakfast was amazing, even plenty of options for my vegan diet. I usually pay far more money for a comparable high-end hotel in Yokohama, but I think I'll be staying at this New Otani from now on.

"Excellent location. Tiny rooms"
Location is right next to Nakano station. Hotel is located on the 16th floor, offering excellent panoramic views over Tokyo. Windows do not open and the ventilation is only adequate. Hotel staff are courteous but only a few of them speak proficient English. They are extremely rigid on hotel rules such as check out time and will persist in calling the room if one is only five or ten minutes late. The rooms extremely small and are rather tired in the 1980's style, which some might find retro-sentimental, but adequate value for what one is paying. Recommended for single travellers who are looking for a budget hotel.

"Beautiful hotel with class"
Loved our brief stay here after landing in Tokyo..especially liked the bar area at night playing old black & white movies (Casablanca) projected onto the wall! Very classy & great atmosphere. The rooms were also lovely & amenities were lux, breakfast buffet was well priced & lots of great options - very happy with our stay!
