Rooms are huge for japan and the property is in a comfortable location! It’s in a plaza-like area so there’s restaurants and some stores literally right outside the doors! The train station was also like a 2 minute walk so it was really easy to get around! 10/10 recommend.

Had this hotel for the last few nights of our stay. Its right on top of the Tokyo monorail and some subway lines. Its also 1 stop from the airport, so it was absolutely perfect as a last stay. Room was awesome, and the rooftop terrace is an awesome spot to hangout (we got lucky and had a pretty cool sunset view of Mount Fuji)

Great hotel close to Haneda Airport, with a free morning shuttle bus service to the airport until 8am. Easy access to terminals with train & monorail service too. Excellent choice for an overnight stay with a flight before or after. Room access via auto-check in on L5 is easy and so is check-out too. A convenience store is close by and a few choices for food, not extensive. Room has everything for a comfortable stay.

Very pleasant stay. We appreciated the excellent standards of cleanliness. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Beds were comfortable and the shower was great. We didn't use the bathtub, but loved it that they provided bubble bath. Breakfast was good and dinner at the restaurant was also very appetizing. Hotel is very close to the airport and that was very convenient. I'd definitely stay there again when in Japan! They don't provide a shuttle FROM the airport, but DO have a shuttle TO the airport.

The hotel itself was really nice. Very helpful staff. Plus, it’s almost adjacent to a train station. But the “Innovation City” it’s technically located in is a maze-like, soulless, overgrown and downright weird place. You will not feel as though you’re in Japan proper like you would in a hotel closer to the city, more like a liminal space.
