"There were 2 of us and we loved our stay. It was the first day of our Japan trip so we were severely jet lagged and yet the staff was amazing. Not only was our room ready to check in at 10 am (thank you SO much for that!!), but we also thoroughly enjoyed our stay: the location, the rooftop, the hotel, we loved it all. And would go back in a heartbeat. In fact, I’m recommending the hotel to my friends heading to Japan. The rooms aren’t big (that’s Tokyo for you) but it doesn’t matter. I slept like a baby, no interruptions, no noise at all and the staff was really kind. Will definitely go back whenever I go back to Japan"

"Check-in process is easy. Typical hotel type. They clean everyday for you. Modern, paid breakfast, decent room that offer bit more space than others. While we didn’t use the travel station right at the hotel to the fullest. The main subway station is 10 mins walk. It pretty dead around there, seem like a business/work area. We love the stay, just gotta take extra 15 mins to get to town for some life "

"Very nice staff, great location, tons of restaurants/food places, convenient store in building and across the court yard. Rooms were big, comfortable, clean. Bathrooms was a good size with a lot of space, separated toilet from shower and vanity area, large seated area in front of windows."
