"First Class Stay"
First Class Hotel. I stayed in a very large room (super large bed). Which for this 6'4 man visiting Tokyo is a huge plus. Staff was great and helpful. The location is pretty good. Around a 10 minute walk to the main train hub. The surrounding shops and restaurants are good (don't order room service, go out and eat).

"In the middle of Shibuya!"
First of all- the location of this hotel was amazing- within 3 minutes to the famous crossing and Shibuya station. If you're partying in the Shibuya area at night, being able to walk to your hotel instead of worrying about the trains (most of which stop around 12am) is a real luxury. The hotel's staff were extremely courteous and willing to help. However, the caveat to that politeness is that most lack the ability to speak English proficiently. Even the most basic requests (i.e. How do I get to Shibuya station?) were difficult to convey. The rooms are a little dated and could do with an upgrade. Views are excellent especially from a higher floor. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The location was excellent and the staff's attitude and willingness to help (despite their lack of English) is to be commended. Would stay again!

"Great Hotel Great Location"
First trip to Tokyo could not have been better. Hotel first class. 15 minute walk to train station and all the sites of the Shinjuku area. Staff amazing, views incredible ! Hotel occupies the 39th to 52nd floor of an office tower which has restaurants and shops in building for easy and cheaper than hotel dining. Highly recommend.

"Beautiful hotel "
Great location near Roppongi and not far from Ginza. Lovely old fashioned feel about it. They have demolished (and are rebuilding) the North Wing but the Sough wing was a pleasure to stay in. Breakfast was good too. The Highlander bar is a very nice whisky bar. The staff were fantastic.

"Quiet and affordable with a great location"
Our four night stay was great! With the subway only a few minutes walk from the hotel, we were really pleased with how quiet it was considering the quick access we had to mass transit. We took the subway every day and used it connect with the JR lines. There are a few convenience stores, a grocery store, and (if you can't live without it) a McDonald's just steps from the front of the hotel. Starbucks is close too, but we took a break from it while we were traveling. For the mornings we didn't feel like seeking out breakfast, we purchased hotel's buffet style meal - you can purchase it at the front desk just before eating, you do not need to purchase ahead of time. The washer/dryer combo is a perfect amenity for any stay longer than one week - the hotel even provided one free soap package. We threw a load of laundry into the machine in the morning and when we returned our clothes were washed and dried. I made an educated guess as to which button was ON/OFF and which was START as all of the buttons were in Japanese - I just used the defaults, but if your clothes need special settings (i.e. cold water, low heat), you might be in trouble.
