"First Class Stay"
First Class Hotel. I stayed in a very large room (super large bed). Which for this 6'4 man visiting Tokyo is a huge plus. Staff was great and helpful. The location is pretty good. Around a 10 minute walk to the main train hub. The surrounding shops and restaurants are good (don't order room service, go out and eat).

"Highly recommended hotel!"
I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo. The staff is very friendly and the housekeeping is exceptional. It appears they try their very best to accommodate their guests. The location along with the shuttle is an added bonus. It is located conveniently next to Tochomae and Nishi-Shinkjuku station but be sure to take the right exit as indicated on the hotel website or you will spend excessive amounts of time walking. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. I've stayed at many hotels throughout the world but this one stands out apart from the rest. I hope to be able to return there some day again in the future.

"Nice modern clean hotel in an excellent location"
NIce hotel, rooms a bit small but this is Japan and is the norm for this country. Hotel is in an excelllent location with all the shops, restaurants and amenities that one needs and it's easy to get to any part of Tokyo from here. Yokohama is only 25 mins away by express train.

"Quiet and affordable with a great location"
Our four night stay was great! With the subway only a few minutes walk from the hotel, we were really pleased with how quiet it was considering the quick access we had to mass transit. We took the subway every day and used it connect with the JR lines. There are a few convenience stores, a grocery store, and (if you can't live without it) a McDonald's just steps from the front of the hotel. Starbucks is close too, but we took a break from it while we were traveling. For the mornings we didn't feel like seeking out breakfast, we purchased hotel's buffet style meal - you can purchase it at the front desk just before eating, you do not need to purchase ahead of time. The washer/dryer combo is a perfect amenity for any stay longer than one week - the hotel even provided one free soap package. We threw a load of laundry into the machine in the morning and when we returned our clothes were washed and dried. I made an educated guess as to which button was ON/OFF and which was START as all of the buttons were in Japanese - I just used the defaults, but if your clothes need special settings (i.e. cold water, low heat), you might be in trouble.
