Loved the hotel, coming in you have a great lobby welcoming you with a beautiful tree. Staff is extremely friendly and our room was very elegant and clean. Only downside is that there isn't all that much in the immediate neighbourhood in terms of facilities for shopping or breakfast, but you can walk to Roppongi-Itchome subway station 8min (?) to find some nice food places and get the subway to get into town.
I was travelling with my husband and two children in Japan for a work conference. We stayed at the Prince Park Tokyo Tower for our final night. We were greeted very warmly upon arrival, quickly checked in and were escorted to our room where we were shown how to work everything from the tv, curtains, heat/ac. We had a two room suite which was HUGE by Japanese standards and right on par for US standards for a four start hotel. The room was clean and we were provided with everything we needed from robes to slippers to directions to a restaurant. Every staff member we came in contact with was extremely polite, respectful and helpful. This was the perfect way to end a 10 day stay in Japan! If I ever head back to Tokyo, THIS is where I would stay!
The hotel staff were attentive and friendly. The room and hotel were wonderful and the morning breakfast was quite good. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Tokyo tower and subway stations. They also have a shuttle to Narita airport that is convenient and much less expensive than a cab.
Very basic Botique / Business / Residence hotel. Stayed in a higher level 2 story room. Great space and very clean, traditional Japense style. Modern and western "portion" bathroom with soaking tub and shower. 10 min walk to metro station and restaurants.
"Great location, good breakfast, room way too small"
Very small room and mini bathroom, despite the bed was decently comfortable.
If you're taller than 185 cm (6'1") it will be a struggle to use the bathroom.
The location is the best. Middle of Roppongi, walking distance to two metro stations and plenty of taxis around.
Very informative staff with English above average for Japan.
If Tokyo had a Las Vegas, it would be located here. Birthplace of the city’s 1960s disco scene, this area fostered its reputation as the place to party with the more recent inclusion of restaurants, nightclubs, and other forms of entertainment, such as cabarets and hostess clubs. It is also the place to rub shoulders with Western musicians and celebrities.
