For my stay I had a corner room facing Tokyo tower. The view was unbeatable. I came to Tokyo to take pictures and the view from my room alone was worth coming. The room was large for Tokyo's small standards. Large bathroom with bathtub with giant windows again facing the tower. Fast wifi. Restaurant at top had a great breakfast buffet with 360 views from 33 floors up. Access to the park was also nice, one of the few places in the heart of Tokyo with space and emptiness. I also liked the open late convince store in the lobby that sold beer by the can for 1/2 the mini fridge price along with some emergency edibles.
It was very quick to check in to the hotel, rooms very clean, service excellent, bathroom very neat . plenty of towels etc.
For price vary there is a supermarket 5 minute walk from hotel which stocks all western food , cereals, etc at reasonable prices. It is open 24/7.
Compared to a few other hotels I have stayed at in Tokyo, this hotel definitely has a nicer look and feel to it. The room is a lot more modern as well. The cost of my stay per night varied extremely heavily.
The staff at the front desk were kind and professional. At night, in the very early hours of the day there is a buzzer to ring the staff if no one is present. It would be nice if there was a sign in English pointing this out.
During my stay, I was mainly out during the night and slept during the day so I kept the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door. The staff will leave a bag of fresh linens and towels (with toiletries) each day at your door which was great. For stays more than a single night, they give you a water bottle as well which is nice.
The cleanliness of the sleeping area was good. The bathroom had mold around the outer area of the tub which wasn't terrible but still an eyesore.
I realized in Japan that during the colder months (It was in the mid to high 60s), buildings like to keep the indoor temps warmer than you would experience in the US. When I walked in, the clock read at 27.5 deg Celsius (~81 deg F). I could not turn on the AC, but I could turn off the heat. The window opened so the room cooled off just fine.
No matter the question, the request, or need, we were greeted with a smile and 100% satisfaction. Not even the language difference caused issue. Will stay here every time we come to Tokyo. Great people can be located at this facility!

Two blocks from Tokyo Tower, this hotel is two km (one mile) or less from entertainment and shopping districts.Tokyo Prince …More
Very basic Botique / Business / Residence hotel. Stayed in a higher level 2 story room. Great space and very clean, traditional Japense style. Modern and western "portion" bathroom with soaking tub and shower. 10 min walk to metro station and restaurants.
If Tokyo had a Las Vegas, it would be located here. Birthplace of the city’s 1960s disco scene, this area fostered its reputation as the place to party with the more recent inclusion of restaurants, nightclubs, and other forms of entertainment, such as cabarets and hostess clubs. It is also the place to rub shoulders with Western musicians and celebrities.
