The Premier Lounge staff are the absolute best. Every time we walk in—whether for afternoon tea or evening cocktails—we’re greeted with the warmest smiles. They make us feel like family, not just hotel guests. That kind of welcome is rare, and we treasure it every single time. Breakfast at Jurin and Glass Court has also become part of our routine. Great variety, fresh food, and a relaxed atmosphere—it’s the best way to start our day in Tokyo. Keio Plaza isn’t just a hotel for us anymore—it really feels like our home away from home in Tokyo.
