I stayed for one night, staff were friendly and spoke English. For the price it's a great experience, the only downside being that the locker room, shower/bath facilities and capsule are all on separate floors so you can end up walking up and down a lot.
Well appointed hotel close to train station and also close to first stop of a regular direct bus to Haneda airport. Lots of facilities, shops, restaurants etc. close by. Also with easy access to Tokyo centre through journeys that can in the main be made using JR rail pass. We had a clean and well ...
There are about 15 stairs at the entrance to the hotel, we arrived at 2 a.m. the night porter ran down the stairs and carried our heavy bags (Which was a huge relief to us) Large room for Tokyo, all bedding and towels were changed every day. I left my wallet with £600 in it, it hadn't been touched. ...
Condition of hotel (lobby, eating facility, rooms, onsen, etc) is in very good condition and I'm guessing renovations within the last 3 to 4 years. Room can be a bit tight for two people, but enough room for a single person stay.
The hotel is easy to find, great location about 10 min walking to the Shinjuku Gyeon National park, to city tower....The facility is clean and provide a breakfast and free drinks 24 hours. Staffs are friendly and some knows a little English and could explain the rule although it is a challenge for ...
The staff are remarkably awkward, I mean, even considering the language barrier. I can speak a little bit of Japanese, but every word that came out of my mouth was as if I was from an alien planet to these people. It was so strange, especially since Tokyo is the most English-ish place I've been in ...
I really enjoyed my stay in this capsule hotel. I appreciate that the nearest Metro was just one ride away to Tokyo Station which is the gateway to all other locations on my list.
I really want to express my sincere appreciation on the courtesy and professionalism of the hotel clark! My daughter forgot her watch at the restroom in the hotel lobby. She became aware of it when we were on the airplane back home. Since she loves her new watch so much, I tried to call the hotel ...
This was a nice hotel to stay for a short time in Tokyo. Not too close to Shibuya station, but not too far, either, and easy to find. The staff were always very pleasant. They'll hang onto your room key for you whenever you head out, which is nice if you want to travel light.
