"Awesome!! A must stay location!!!"
Out of my recent trip to Japan there were two places that really made things special for me, this stay was one of them. We arrived very late on our first night, we barely made it to the last rail car up the mountain. when we made it to the stop the hotel owners were literally waiting for us at the rail building since they didn't want us getting lost in the snowy night. The food was super tasty, I HIGHLY recommend their dinner plate. Also, make sure to take a dip in their wooden bath, that thing will wash away any difficulty that may be troubling your mind. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel itself was very traditional, not to mention the scenery was gorgeous.

"Worth the price"
The staff are remarkably awkward, I mean, even considering the language barrier. I can speak a little bit of Japanese, but every word that came out of my mouth was as if I was from an alien planet to these people. It was so strange, especially since Tokyo is the most English-ish place I've been in Japan (I'm a university student in Osaka). Getting past the uncomfortable feel that the staff give you, the place is okay. The beds are really comfortable (though the top bunk is a huge physical task to get up into), and the facilities you need are there. The showers are... not the most appetizing, as a warning; the floors are pretty spongey, which is gross if you think about it too much. But you're there to sleep, not to have luxurious showers. All in all, if I need to spend a night in Tokyo for cheap, I'll probably be going here again.

"The hotel in a very centrai location, about 3-5 th"
The hotel is in a very central location about 3-5 minutes away from Akasaka-mitsuke station. The staff is very helpful, although the english knowledge vary a little with the person they are all very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is everything you read about and more! The capsules can seem a little frightening for foreigners reading about them, but really, they are huge! I can stretch my arms completely to the sides, and my legs can almost stretch out completely when measuring the height (I am 170 cm). The lockerrooms you get (with a key) are to tiny for a suitcase, but can fit a purse or a schoolbag, as for the rest of your luggage, you can store it outside your capsule. Both the sauna, the japanese style bath and food service are open ALL night (bath is closed for cleaning 3-4 am). I love this hotel, and I have stayed here twice already, and if I come back to Tokyo I will definitively come stay here

Absolutely great price for a lot of services in the hotel! It was nice to be able to obtain a wide variety of snacks and the baths and sauna for an economical price. The hot and cold baths were truly enjoyable and the entire expereience was just relaxing.

"Amazing Staff and Great Location"
The staff was beyond great and they knew English quite well. They were extremely helpful throughout the stay. The hotel is quite clean and the daily breakfast was very nice. It's not a big buffet, but it's enough to get your day started (eggs, rice, toast, butter, jam, buns, tea, water & juice). Compared to a hotel I used to stay at before, the rooms here are extremely clean to the point that I don't even see dust in the air when opening the window blinds in the morning. The in-room air conditioning unit filters air as well, in addition to providing both cold and hot air, depending on your preference. The Kinshicho JR station has a Yokusuka rapid line so you can reach Tokyo station in the least amount of time and not need to switch platforms & JR lines in Akihabara. That's very useful when having lots of luggage. The JR station is a 4 minute walk from the hotel. 3 major supermarket chains are right below the hotel: Sunkus, Lawson & 7-11. You'll find almost anything you need there. Unfortunately, the windows aren't sound-proof and the hotel is near some pubs, so around 11 pm you can hear people yelling or cheering, mostly drunks. Drunk people there are harmless. There are some prostitutes around outside the JR station, but they only approach single men. Families & women don't need to worry. The single rooms are small. Didn't see the larger ones, if any. 1 room fits 1 person only. Overall, the area is quite safe and apart from the noise at night, the hotel was excellent.

This hotel is hard to find, being tucked in an alley off Meiji dori next to the JR railway line. However, once you do find it, it is well-located for public transport (5 min walk from Meiji jingumae Metro station and 10 min from the madness of Shibuya station), and close to shopping (Omotesando dori) and restaurants. On the balance, I would have preferred a quieter neighbourhood with fewer boutiques and more ordinary restaurants or noodle bars, but overall it was good to experience this area for a while.

"Fantastic experience!"
Staff were very welcoming. The room size was good for 2 people on a honeymoon. Onsen and ramen at night were a great bonus! We have already recommneded the inn to friends/family planning to go to Japan in the near future and would definitely try to come back ourselves. Only possible downside would be that sometimes the wifi was a bit spotty and if you play Pokemon Go there aren't too many places within reach of the Inn - but that's not really related.
