First timers in Tokyo and we did not know what to expect, the hotel is only a few minutes walk from a mainline station, both Tokyo airports are easy to get to. The accommodation suited our needs perfectly everything is there to use you can have and its all free, including razors, toothbrushes, pajamas (fresh set each day) tea/coffee in the room and bar area, an early evening free bar with beer/wine etc, there are about 50 places to eat all within walking distance of the hotel. Reception staff all speak English and can help and explain everything we asked them.
