Also the room was very small which was to be expected but I still found it hard to navigate. The room also had a fee dead bugs and weird debris on the bed. That wasnt mine. I booked by accident a smoke room and i didnt realize. I asked to switch rooms and they denied me bc “we have no space” yet online it said they had room available smoke free. They told me to rebook and then made a big deal i rebooked. Expedia told me i shouldnt be charged yet they charged me still and i didnt want to make a big deal, i was just glad i was able to switch rooms. Elevator kept breaking down. It smelled bad in the elevator and the hallways. After being switched to my new room, i checked under the bed and there was bottles that were not mine again.
