Our room was very spacious and clean and worth the small price for the upgrade. The staff were also extremely polite and helpful, especially when speaking English. Although, it can be crowded at opening. As for the room, the bed was too hard for my partner who is no used to eastern-style beds. The hotel staff provided some fluffy blankets which slightly helped. The checkin was smooth, staff are always friendly and cheerful. The breakfast is awesome with much variety and a lovely seating area. The rooms are a good size, the bathrooms are exceptional.
