Can feel the showa era of japan.
The locations is convenient that an outlet park nearby, also with bus direct to both Haneda or Narita airport"

The staff, facilities and location of the hotel were great. I’d recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Tokyo. It’s close to the subway, has a huge selection of bars and dining options in the area and a short walk from Tokyo tower viewing deck

This hotel was amazing. Extremely clean, up to date and modern. Check in was extremely easy, all done on machines but staff there to help as well. The rooms were lovely, clean, modern, large window, large TV with lots of options of TV, movies etc to watch. Big mirrors in the room and clean bathroom. Information in the room about things to do and takeaways. Close to subway stations and quiet hotel. The staff were extremely helpful as well and helped us when we had been waiting for a takeaway that...

After needing to relocate unexpectedly from our original accommodation, this hotel was a huge relief.
The check-in process was smooth and professional, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which was exactly what we needed after a long international flight and a stressful situation earlier in the day.
The staff were courteous and efficient, and the overall environment felt calm and reliable. The location in Roppongi was also very convenient with good transport...

The property is close to Roppongi Station. It is very quiet, we could sleep with open windows. They have a small restaurant and even a small seating area outside. The rooms are small abut well equipped, you have a kettle and some tea and coffee. The bathroom is equipped with loads of amenities like toothbrushes and -paste, shavers, slippers etc. You get fresh towels every day and bedlinen is changed every 3rd day.

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

Would stay again. The staff were so helpful and nice. Great coffee from the machine and nice to have it on the terrace in the morning. Useful toiletries to pick up at the desk. Comfortable bed. Fridge kettle etc everything you need for a city break.

My experience at this hotel went incredibly well. The location itself is highly convenient, and the attention to detail throughout the property was excellent, with the rooms being absolutely spotlessly clean.
The room itself was very well-designed, featuring a continuous airflow system that kept the space feeling fresh. All the essentials were thoughtfully provided, but my absolute favourite part had to be the sleeping kimono 👘 . After experiencing how incredibly comfortable it was, I am...

I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff spoke limited English (just as I speak limited Japanese) but did their best to help; I used Google Translate a few times, which helped both I and the staff. I had breakfast one morning and opted for the Western style buffet; the food wasn't served particularly warm, however, in the dozen or so Japanese hotels that...

Other Space is a lovely hotel and is literally a stone’s throw from Sensoji Temple. There’s a coffee shop on the 1st floor and a well stocked convenience store. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our superior double room was small but the hotel makes the dimensions of the rooms very clear when you book. There is also a fantastic roof garden with views of Sensoji, Asakusa and the Sky Tree and is a great place to sit with a drink or food anytime of the day. We loved Other Space Asakusa and...

Great location near Asakusa station. Perfect for travelling around Tokyo and going to Haneda airport.
Shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance.
Room was spacious for Tokyo standard and had large beds.
Very modern and comfortable.
Just wish theyd got a bar at the hotel for evening drinks after a day out.

I stayed here for 4 nights and found the hotel to be nice with friendly and helpful staff. Communication was sometimes a bit difficult, but I think that is more my fault as I'm a south asian brown guy who speaks with a bit of a Cockney accent, but we got there in the end!! 😆
The bed was a bit more on the firm side of my preference, but I still found it comfortable and was able to have a very good sleep.

Amazing hotel, total luxury in all of its amenities. Perfect location in regards to restaurants, bars, clubs, cafes. The staff are so polite and the level of cleaning in the room on a daily basis is superb. The rooms so quiet as it’s just off the main road whilst only remaining a couple of minutes walk from the centre.

Good hotel. Usual fairly small but perfectly comfortable Tokyo room. Very good Japanese style breakfast served on 10th floor with good views over Iidabashi.
Hotel is well situated approx 5 mins walk from JR/Metro IIdabashi station and a Family Mart and and a great Japanese supermarket a short walk away.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Would stay here again.

Nice hotel. You will definitely get the Japanese experience in this hotel. Really traditional breakfast. Well located for the Geisha district and also for the temples.
