But breakfast was good, you got to choose from a variety of options.. coffee and tea readily available up on the top floor and restaurant downstairs…. We were only there for 1 night and got the double bed for 2…everything very clean but room was small. Different kind of tv system in our room.. Staff super nice, we got in late. I told 2 of the staff about the smell, he gave me a spray to see if it would help. But it didn't. Their common areas, like the cafe and the rooftop terrace are wonderful. I really enjoyed getting to go up to the rooftop in the evening to have some free tea or in the morning for some free coffee. The cafe had breakfast in the morning (a small up charge) that was to die for. They also had happy hour in the evening with free beer. My room was actually a decent size for a Japanese hotel room. Not that I spent a whole lot of time in it but I got a two bed room and it was great, with adjustable beds. Also, the toilet is the usual awesome Japanese toilet with the heated seat and bidet. It was really great. All of the staff spoke English and were very kind and friendly. I loved this hotel. It’s located in Kawasaki, maybe like a 7-10 minute walk from the train station. You definitely have to take the train to see all of the touristy stuff in Tokyo.
