This hotel is a lovely small place in a very busy area. It is well placed for ease of travel and the staff is very welcoming. The rooms are adequate in terms of size and the hotel provides a nice breakfast buffet each day. We enjoyed our 3day stay in this area of Tokyo.

Great hotel and convenient location in Shinjuku. We were able to take advantage of the nearby train stations to get to other parts of Tokyo like Shibuya, Akihabara, etc. We had a smaller room that had a bunk bed style for our family of 3. It was definitely a tight squeeze but we made it work.

Great location. A short walk away from the main shinjuku area which is a blessing. Peaceful location opposite Nishi Shinjuku station on the Maranouchi line. Smooth check in and check out. Rooms can be small depending on the room option selected but clean. Property feels very safe. Staff very helpful. Breakfast good but more options would be better. Kind of the same each day. Overall stay was very good.
