Typical Japanese business hotel on the edge of the Kabukicho nightlife district. things can be a little crazy if you head into Kabukicho proper with the touts but normally there isn't an issue if you come down one of the quieter streets from Shinjuku JR Station.
Great location, near to JR and shopping. Hotel room was decent in size considering it is right in the middle of everything. Staff were friendly and helpful, spoke good English.
Nice hotel with Narita airport shuttle. Hotel is in walkable distance from Shinjuku station with underground passageway access. The only major disadvantage for the hotel is the lobby - not much seats at lobby considering the hotel size.
They do not have bellboy service, so you basically have to carry your stuff by your own. The room is very small even for 2 guests. We keep bumping into each other. Nice hotel that is very close to the subway and the beautiful park. Spacious for Tokyo standards. Very clean. Only complaint is that the pillows were very flat.
Hotel being right in the airport is super convenient. I just rolled in with my car of suitcases and they took care of it. On my way out they got a airport cart to have me carry back out. Room is spacious and clean. Bed was quite a bit harder than I like.
