The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is convenient, close to public transportation and very quiet. I especially appreciated having a washing machine in the room — a real bonus for a longer stay. Overall: impeccable service, great comfort, and very good value for money. It’s located in a very chill area of Tokyo with many restaurants, bars, grocery and convenience, stores, and more! I would disregard the majority of reviews talking about it being an older hotel, because that simply does not matter. The room size is great for Tokyo and it’s super easy to get to wherever you want to go, whether you’re taking the train a taxi or an Uber.
