"We really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were nice and spacious enough. The staff were exceptional, I was always so happy to interact with them. Also the common space was really nice with lots of seating and plentiful washer/driers at a good price. There were also some good vending machines and a microwave which came in handy. The location was good and easy to get everywhere in Tokyo despite not necessarily being in a tourist hotspot"

"Nice property in nice location. Breakfast buffet in two restaurants is great. Similar fare. Lots of other restaurants throughout hotel and also near more in Shinjuku. Overall a great place to stay. "

"The one thing that i noticed was that the carpet in the hallway was stained and dirty. It don't go with the cleanliness of the rest of the hotel"

"I loved staying at this hotel and appreciated it even more after moving to the Marriott, which seemed very cold and sterile compared to the Niwa. From the super polite front desk people (we received a very deep bow from one when boarding the elevator to our room the first time) to the little touches such as an air cleaner/humidifier, tea service tray and bluetooth speaker in the room, the Hotel Niwa is a very nice place to stay. You feel like you are experiencing the real Japan here."

"We enjoyed a short stay in our final leg of our Japan tour in the lovely ANA Intercontinental Hotel. The hotel is huge, in a pleasant, relaxed area Ark Hills. Lots of restaurants close by and a lovely Saturday farmers market just outside. We had a premium club room, which was a good size, good amenities, a comfy bed, good, quiet air con and great black out blinds. The club lounge on 35th floor was excellent, great breakfast order and buffet options, with lots of western choices. Also the cocktail hour had lots of lovely food and great drinks. It was super busy, but staff worked hard to look after the guests. We used the gym which was good, and the outside pool. The pool was crazy busy as over the weekend so lots of paying outside families, lots of children and noisy, but still good to be able to relax outside at the end of our trip. Overall we would definitely recommend the hotel if staying in Tokyo. "
